Historical drama during and after the assassination of President Lincoln. The owner and operator of a boarding house is brought to trial by a military court because she is a Confederate sympathizer who knew and housed the people behind the crime. Her son was also one of the suspects in the case but he is the only one who was able to get away.I was surprised at the outcome of this movie and it is probably historically accurate but it is boring to say the least. I just could not keep interested and the characters are very wooden, we don't know much more about them from beginning to end. 2* (I didn't like this movie)
