1984 musical romance remake about a teen from the big city who moves to Bomont after the death of his mother. In this town they have outlawed dancing and loud music because of the death of five teens after a local dance. Ren sets out to convince the local councilmen and his fellow classmates that dancing and music are normal.There are about 140 cast members in this movie and you may need to be under the age of 18 to enjoy this? Classic formula, new boy comes to town, doesn't like the rules, meets the popular girl, tries to change things. 3* (This movie is OK)
