An adaptation of David James Duncan's novel about a young man's search for a rainbow trout. Gus runs away from his family to follow the solitary life of fly fishing. His goal is to find his way out from under the shadow of his father in the fishing world. Maybe he will be able to find himself.If you are very interested in fishing, you probably will like this film. I have nothing against fishing and find it to be very relaxing but how much action is there in fishing? I had a difficult time paying attention. 2 1/2* (This movie is so-so)
