Bright Young Things 2003

Product Details     Adapted from Evelyn Waugh’s 1930 novel, Vile Bodies.  The setting is London, writer Adam has his first manuscript seized by customs.  He was counting on making enough money from this novel to marry Nina.  His next step is to seek funding by attending a constant stream of parties, meetings and conversations with friends.
You can't connect with the characters and you begin to not care what happens or how this ends?  It just becomes tedious as it moves along and it’s not a comedy either.  2* (I didn’t like this movie.

105 min, Comedy directed by Stephen Fry with Emily Mortimer, Stephen Campbell Moore, James McAvoy, Michael Sheen, David Tennant, Fenella Woolgar.

Note:  Blockbuster 3*, imdb 6.5 out of 10, 65% critic 65% audience on Rotten Tomatoes.
