Winston Churchill rose to the call when Hitler was on the march in Europe. Writing his own speeches, disregarding his political career, his health and his marriage, he vowed to fight with everything possible. His wife Clemmie was his staunch supporter and tried to get him to slow down just a little.This is good, what politician today writes his own speeches that live on plus keep their promises. He worked 16 hour days no matter how tired he became. Janet McTeer is good in her role as Clemmie. 3 1/2* (I liked this movie)
