Rick is a writer
traveling through Los Angeles and Las Vegas. He is searching for love and for himself. He has a complicated relationship with
his brother Barry and his father Joseph.
He was married to Nancy, they didn’t have children and they are
divorced. He tries to break his
distraction with Nancy, Della, Helen, Elizabeth, Karen and Isabel.
I could not get
interested in this film but I did watch until the end. There is a lot of driving, a lot of
water, a lot of desert and a lot of parties. It seems that if you have no connection to family or to
yourself, how can you connect with another person? Everything becomes superficial and without meaning with
endless searching? 2* (I didn’t
like this movie)
