Rosie is divorced and
she has a thirteen-year-old daughter Izzie. Adam is hired as an actor for the TV show You Go Girl. Rosie is a scriptwriter and producer
for the show. Adam and Rosie start
to like each other but Rosie is worried about their age difference. Izzie has started to like Dylan and he
is a boy in her class at school.
Rosie and Adam go on a date and they both lie about their ages. Rosie says she’s 36 and Adam says he’s
32. Rosie is actually 40 and Adam
is 29. Rosie and Adam are seeing
each other but Rosie remains concerned about the age difference.
There is a LOT going on back and forth in this
film. Some of the scenes are funny
and others fall flat. Rosie needs
to make up her mind for herself and then stick with her decision. I would not have continued to watch
this film without something else to do at the same time? 2 ½* (This movie is OK)
