This film is based on
a bestselling book by JoJo Moyes. Louisa
Clark loves working in a small shop that serves tea, sandwiches and
desserts. She doesn’t know the
shop is not doing enough business and she will soon be let go. She doesn't know what she's going to do but she applies to work with the Traynor
family. A motorcycle hit 31 year
old Will and he is paralyzed. He
has a physical therapist coming every day to help keep his muscle tone but he
needs someone else for the rest of the day. Lou doesn’t know what to expect but she needs the
money. In the beginning, Will is as
uncooperative as he can possibly be.
Lou starts planning trips for them to take with his therapist to get
Will out of the house. The trips start to improve his attitude.
This is a tearjerker
film but you can try to hold it inside?
Lou dresses in very unusual costumes, you really couldn’t call them
clothes. She has a very positive
attitude and she tries her best to not let everything get her down. Supposedly, Will has a sister in the
book and there is more trauma experienced by Lou? 3 ½* (I liked this movie)
