Isabelle Reed was a
photographer and reporter with conflict zones her specialty. A celebration exhibition is going to be
held after her death in a car accident. Some events in her life are shown in flashbacks.
Her oldest son Jonah has come back to attend and visit with his father and younger
brother Conrad. Gene is trying to
connect with his two sons but they are all still struggling with the death of
an important person in their life.
There are a LOT of
complications and feelings in this film about birth, life and death. Gene, Jonah and Conrad have different
viewpoints, emotions and memories of Isabelle. There is a truth not revealed to Conrad that Gene and Jonah
know. They don’t know if Conrad
can handle what they know. I could not get interested in this film? 2 1/2* (This movie is just so-so)
