This setting of this film is from 2001-2017, Qiao is a beautiful and popular young woman. She takes care of her father and she has a lot of friends. She is cool headed, smart, responsible and resourceful. There is one drawback, her boyfriend Bin is a gangster. One night, Bin is beaten up by a bunch of guys and Qiao jumps out of the car to take action. She's afraid they are going to kill Bin. She has a gun and that tells these guys that she really means business. In Japan, handguns are banned. Only shotguns and air rifles are allowed. The law comes down hard on Qiao and she goes to prison for five years!!
When Qiao gets out of prison, everything on the outside has changed. Right away, a woman steals her money and ID card. Qiao will have to think up a way to get some money? She gate crashes a wedding for a meal, she cheats money out of a young man and she steals a motorcycle. Her focus is finding out where Bin is now!! There are lot of elements about Japan that we don’t understand!! 4* (I liked this movie)
