The conductor of the Boishoi Orchestra was let go 25 years ago for his refusal to fire Jewish musicians. He's working now as a janitor in the same theater where he conducted and he comes across an invitation to Theatre Du Chatelet in Paris. He contacts his old orchestra friends and hopes to stage a performance that will bring a standing ovation.I could not get interested in this movie, it just seemed so dry and I did not know it was a comedy. I didn't see anything funny? 2* (I didn't like this movie)
