A French thriller that chronicles a young man's journey from idealism to disillusionment and maturity. Set in the 1980's, Ariel leaves his family in France at 18 years old to pursue a career as an agent in the Mossad. As the work becomes more subversive and dishonest he must decide whether to follow personal ideals or follow a system.As previously shown by Valarie Plame in Fair Game, you can literally give your life to an organization but be thrown to the wolves when you need their help even though it will cost the lives of others. This is tough watch since you must pay attention because of the subtitles and yet there are times when it is just surveillance work. Plus, should you feel sorry for someone who is eliminated because of complications even though you don't like the work they were doing? 3* (This movie is OK)
