Based on actual events in 1999 Australia, Rachel is a 15 year old high school student living with her parents in Melbourne. She is beautiful, intelligent, talented and well-adjusted. Across the street is Caroline, she lacks every advantage that Rachel possesses, overweight, homely, skin problems, chronic depression and bad relationships with her divorced parents. Rachel disappears and the police think she is just a runaway, her parents press them to take this case seriously.Rachel and Caroline are opposites but Caroline can do something about her problems, she just can't see that she has potential. A disturbing drama but it doesn't draw you in enough to care as much as you should about the people. 3* (This movie is OK)
