Sophie
is ten years old and she lives in an orphanage because her parents died when
she was a baby. Sophie likes to be
awake at night to look out the window and to read in bed. She sees something very unusual out in
the street. It’s a 24-foot tall
man!! Because she has seen him he
has to take her back to where he lives.
If he doesn’t, she will tell everyone what she has seen. She names the man the Big Friendly
Giant, the BFG for short. They get
along very well but in this same area there are other giants that like to eat
people!!
This
is an interesting story with interesting characters. My only complaint with the film is that I think it’s too
long? Some of the repetitive scenes could have been deleted? 3* (This movie is OK)
