The Assistants 2009

      How do you parody bad movies?  You make a really bad movie with bad acting, a bad screenplay and since it might not be bad enough, you add narration to make it even worse!!  Supposedly a "satirical showbiz comedy," everything is bad including the trailers before this bad movie.  Film school graduates start out reviewing a script that doesn't exist, interest is generated, they've got to come up with a script and make a movie.   
     They become the same people that they were working for as assistants.  If this is the best that can be done in a real movie about making a fake movie, how about opportunities as custodians, street sweepers, refuse consultants?  If anyone even mentions watching this, run or ask to watch one with several of the 30 actors voted by Rotten Tomatoes as bad actors.  1 1/2* (I really didn't like this movie)
