The first every World Grand Prix is approaching, Lightning McQueen and his friend Mater have their passports and they head overseas. Does McQueen have what it takes to win the race as the fastest car on Earth? Mater isn't helping by getting sidetracked on a spy mission that takes him from Japan to Europe.This is funny, they aren't in Radiator Springs anymore! Mater has a little trouble fitting in since he is not a "typical" tow truck. 3 1/2* (I liked this movie)
