Three sisters, Christine a med student, Anna an actress, Nina a widow with two young children. At the center is their mother Susan who has a return and spread of breast cancer. Each sister is trying to resolve the problems in their lives but deal with the fact their mother is dying.This is not a light or uplifting movie but the characters do not draw you in so you care enough to be involved with their struggles. I felt totally on the outside of this and barely able to identify who was on screen in each scene. 3* (This movie is OK)
