Dr. Helen Hudson is a psychiatrist famous for her writings about serial killers. She is almost killed by a man after one of her lectures, this causes her to retreat to her apartment because of extreme agoraphobia. Detective Monahan and her assistant go to Helen for help but this draws her into the terrifying web of a new killer.I thought this was a new movie but it was newly released in 2009. This is a good movie despite the dated hairstyles and clothing of the women. I didn't know until after the movie that Harry Connick, Jr. played the disgusting killer in the opening scenes and a couple of the later scenes. He still gives me the creeps!! 4* (I really liked this movie)
