Adam
composes and plays music, he has a lot of older equipment and guitars. When she learns he is depressed, Eve comes to visit him from Tangier.
Adam lives in Chicago, he’s concerned about the downhill direction of
the city and this is part of his depression. Eve and Adam have been
together as spouse and soul mate for several centuries or more. There is a secret for their
longevity. They receive a visit
from Eve’s younger sister and events take an unusual turn. Adam and Eve plan a trip back to
Tangiers soon after Ava leaves to return to LA.
There
is very little action in this film, the pace is very leisurely and many times I
wondered if I could endure? The
subject of this film has been in the forefront for a few years now but this
treatment is entirely different. Be
sure to pay attention to the small things because they become more important as the
scenes move along.
