Jason, Mikey and Daniel are best friends in Manhattan. They agree to remain free of
relationships and hang out together. His current non-girlfriend has dumped Jason because he’s not looking for a relationship. Mikey’s wife has just
surprised him by asking for a divorce. Daniel usually
isn’t seeing anyone. They want to
be available and there for each other just to have fun.
Everything begins changing when Jason meets Ellie and she seems just
right for him. Daniel begins to
see his gal pal Chelsea from as not just friend material. Mikey begins to think he can get back with his wife but
reality gives him a jolt. All
three are afraid to admit to themselves and to each other that they may really
be in an actual relationship?
There
are two situations in this film, living spaces that none of the three can afford
and young men with commitment issues.
Sometimes all three of them can be classified as real jerks!! If we place them into the jerk category, how can we really feel sorry for them when their plans don’t have a
fairy tale ending? Aren't they just bringing the ending upon themselves? 3* (This movie
is OK)
