A Manhattan couple buys a studio apartment and then
the husband loses his job. The wife is trying to pitch a documentary
but she can't get backing. They decide to leave the apartment, move
south and live with his brother. The only problem is they can't get
along with the brother or his wife? Sick of being in the car, they
stop at a bed and breakfast which turns out to be a commune called
Elysium. They only last about one day with the brother + wife and decide to
head back to Elysium, they will give living there a two week trial.Supposed to be a comedy but not funny, no new material, just on autopilot repeating overdone commune themes. Sections of this film are unwatchable, unbearable and only worthy of fast forward. One supposed joke is repeated about four times and not funny the first time, just boring and dead on the repeats. Just say the name Judd Apatow and you know everything about this film. 2* (I didn't like this movie)
