Sad sack Frank loses his ex-addict wife to a drug dealer, he decides to fight back against this crime and others by becoming the Crimson Bolt. He starts out with a set of rules for fighting back which include cutting in lines. He acquires a sidekick named Boltie and they both become more violent as they cut a swath through "crime." This starts out OK but a bit strange and gets stranger as it goes along plus more bloody. It's just too long and you want to just give up halfway into the film, it's too much slogging to reach the end and then it's not worth getting to the end. 2* (I didn't like this movie)
