Thor is banished to earth and his powers are removed until he learns how to be a true leader. Astrophysicist Jane Foster, her assistant Darcy and Dr. Erik Selvig are out in the New Mexico desert when they see unexpected lights in the sky. Jane has recorded data about the wormhole that delivered Thor to earth. Jane, Darcy and Dr. Selvig help Thor return to the site of his hammer which is the source of his power.OK, I am not usually a fan of this type of movie and I was very skeptical that this would be any good but it's better than I thought. You have to set aside thoughts of "disbelief" but this is entertaining. 3* (This movie is OK)
