Lisa and Andy are
best friends and also cousins.
When they were kids, they were inseparable, they did everything
together including getting into trouble.
They created adventures they still remember now that they are
adults. Andy faints while she is
out for a run and she learns she has cancer. There isn’t a treatment because her cancer is aggressive and
has already spread to her major organs.
Lisa is going through a rough time and has filed for divorce from her
husband. She drops everything and
meets with Andy to help her face her diagnosis. Andy has a young daughter and
she worries about leaving her.
Lisa has a son and daughter.
In this film there is
more focus on Lisa and Andy when they were children. They spent a lot of time with their grandparents because
their parents didn’t seem to be involved with them. In the summer, they try a lot of
different activities with varying degrees of success. 3* (This movie is OK)
