The World is Note Enough 1999

An oil tycoon is murdered at the headquarters of MI6.  James Bond is sent to protect his daughter Elecktra King since she may be the next target.  Previously,  Elektra was kidnapped by Renard.  Her father and MI6 refused to pay the ransom money.  Renard is secretly planning to destroy a pipeline being constructed by Elektra.  Renard has a bullet in his skull that cannot be removed and eventually it will kill him.  The bullet gives him extra power and strength.  Dr. Christmas Jones helps Bond contend with a Soviet submarine and the reactor.
This is the 19th James Bond film.  His car is a beautiful titanium armored BMW speedster instead of an Austin Martin.  Includes plenty of action.  There is a powerboat on the Thames, a hot-air balloon, skiing down a mountain pursued by para-sailers that convert into snowmobiles and a helicopter transporting rotary tree-trimming blades.  I wonder about the casting of Denise Richards as a nuclear scientist?  But, she doesn't need to know, just look like she knows?  3 1/2* (I liked this movie)
