Unfinished Business 2015

Dan Trunkman has been working for Chuck Portnoy.  Despite having the name Chuck, his boss is a woman.  They have a face-off one day over a 5% wage cut and Dan decides to start his own firm.  He recruits Timothy and Mike to come along for the ride.  They work on trying to land a big firm for a year.  They think they have this wrapped up and they go on a business trip to Germany to seal the deal.  They have a LOT of adventures in Germany.
There are some funny moments but there is a LOT of innuendo and coarseness too.  I think this had potential but it lets that down at times.  It seems to be trying too hard and grasping for gags all the time and that becomes wearisome.  2 ½* (This movie is so-so)

91 min, Comedy directed by Ken Scott with Vince Vaughn, Dave Franco, Tom Wilkinson, Sienna Miller, June Diane Raphael, Britton Sear, Ella Anderson, Nick Frost, James Marsden, Ken Scott, Kasia Malinowska, Carmen Lopez.

Note:  Imdb 5.4 out of 10, 11% critic 25% audience on Rotten Tomatoes, Roger Ebert 1 ½*, Amazon 3.2* out of 5* with 784 reviews.
Special Note:  This movie was filmed Germany and Massachusetts.  The title was originally Business Trip.  Several references are made to Portland for business and home in Saint Louis but none of the scenes were filmed in these locations?  There is another film with the same title released in 1986.
