Darius is an intern
at a Seattle based magazine, she does all the jobs other people don’t want to
do. There is a staff meeting to
see who has any ideas or leads on stories that can be investigated for an
article. Jeff, one of the
writers saw an ad looking for a partner for time travel. He suggests going to check this out
with Aubrey and Arnau, another intern.
Jeff thinks this will be a vacation plus an opportunity to look up an
old high school girlfriend. They
stake out the post office box and learn that Kenneth placed the want ad, he’s a
clerk at a small grocery store.
This film leaves you
up in the air from the beginning, you go back and forth in your mind, is
Kenneth on the level or he’s batty?
There are also two government agents tailing Kenneth but that doesn’t
help with the is he on the level or batty answer? I didn’t think this was a comedy (?) but it is
interesting. 3 ½* (I liked this
movie)
