Godzilla: King of the Monsters 2019

This is a new story and it is a sequel to Godzilla 2014.  It is about the heroic efforts of the cypto-zoological agency Monarch.  It’s members face off against a battery of god sized monsters including Godzilla, Mothra, Rodan and King Ghidorah.  These ancient super species were through to be mere myths but they are real.  They vie for supremacy leaving the existence of humanity and the earth hanging in the balance.  Monarch is trying to find ways to reverse the damage we’ve done to our planet.  Their motives are positive but their methods are unproven.
There is destruction on a massive scale.  Huge areas of land and cities full of people are wiped out by the monsters.  They stomp through civilization with abandon.  Many people are killed, crushed, eaten, dropped from great heights, hurled against walls and imprisoned in giant webs.  There isn’t any blood or gore and the deaths are usually seen from a distance.
There are a LOT of problems with this movie!!  The dialogue is stupid, the acting is artificial, the scientists don’t have a clue about what they are doing??  The people continually use bad judgement and run around in circles.  Almost all the CGI scenes are dark so you can’t see how nutty they really are!!  All I can say is that possibly everyone connected with this film needed to get a big pay day to cover their outstanding debts!!  Terrible, ridiculous, annoying and not worth the price of the lowest possible theater admission!!  Could also not worth
be watching without spending any money!!!  1/2* (I really hated this movie) (I would raise it to 1* if it was actually a mislabeled comedy)
