Billy will need to go to great lengths to secure his physical evidence's safety and preserve his witnesses' credibility. This episode opens with a flashback of Billy and Marisol (she is running for the position of Mayor) enjoying a conversation on a balcony. They talk about the prospect of selling his home. His daughter Denise comes out onto the balcony and she is curious about what they are talking about? The scene then merges to real life on the same balcony and Denise tells him to forget about Marisol. This is an indication of where Billy’s mind is at the moment.

Special Note: Jason Ritter is in the role of an FBI Agent. His father, the late John Ritter, was a close friend of Billy Bob Thornton. He appeared in Sling Blade and prior to that role they starred together in the sit-com Hearts Afire.
