Haven’t We Met Before 2002

      Law student Emily Winton survives an assault perpetrated by a man who believes she wronged him in a previous life.  She assists the investigating detective and he suspects that her attacker has already committed murder as a result of his psychosis.

     Stephen Koenig (Page Fletcher) is a mentally disturbed man who believes he is a reincarnation of a man who lived 100 years ago.  He was hung for a murder he didn't commit.  He has stalked and attacked waitress Emily Watson (Nicollette Sheridan). He insists she is the reincarnation of the woman who was guilty of the murder 100 years earlier?  He wants justice for the wrongful charge he received and his death.  Detective Jack Cobel (Anthony Lemke) is involved in the case and in order to help Emily he must find the truth about the murder and who Koenig really is.  There is an added distraction that Jack is in love with Emily.
