Lisa
and Charlie are a couple with two children, Michael and Ryne. Charlie has a very hard time relating
to Michael as a young boy during the time they were expecting Ryne. He easily gets very angry at Michael
and he doles out severe punishments for infractions. Lisa loves Michael very much and she is very stressed over
Charlie, his behavior and punishment of Michael.
I
had a difficult time with this movie since it’s told in flashbacks and it’s
hard to establish a time frame for some of the events. I think this would have been much
better in the straightforward format of just following the chronological
order. I was looking forward and waiting to see this film but this is a waste of good
actors. 2* (I didn’t like
this movie)
