Billions Season 4 Episode 3 ChickenTown 2019

Dollar Bill works for Axe Capital and he believes he has a sure profit winner for Axe.  The Arkansas Chicken Index is how the price of chicken is set.  It is based on the number of chickens available to sell.  The hitch in this price setting is that the Chicken Man is a lazy guy!!  There are lot of chickens but he doesn’t go to the farms and count.  He calls the farms and asks for their numbers.  If the numbers are low, the price is high.  If the numbers are high, the price is low.  Dollar Bill thinks he can use this information for a huge gain.  Axe agrees because Dollar Bill never loses!!

Now comes the big BUT!!  The chicken report is delayed after Axe Capital has confirmed it’s massive position based on the chicken count.  Dollar Bill MUST come up with a fix for this problem!!  He does come up with a solution but it is so BAD that Axe sends Wags to Arkansas to derail Dollar Bill and his solution.  Chuck has problems with his quest to become State Attorney General.  Axe has a plan to take down Taylor by taking a picture of her father Douglas’ design that they have created.  The question in this episode is, who wins and who loses??  Plus, who would have known that the Arkansas Chicken Index was so important!!  5* (I really liked this series)
