A decomposed body is uncovered near where a foot was found. Dunne is horrified to learn it is Donna Burke. Dunne oversteps the mark while interviewing Tony Doyle. Callaghan berates Dunne for worrying about calling off Donna Burke's search. Dunne's aghast at Callaghan's attitude. Ash explains she didn't say anything about Dunne as she didn't want people thinking he'd give her an easy time. Paudge is miffed that Sharon didn’t tell him she'd applied to the SDU. Upset and also drunk, he bothers Linda. Sharon learns that Jim was at a funeral/wake on the day that Robbie was killed. He could not have killed Donna like he has claimed? After being beaten up in prison, Jim dies.
There is a LOT going on in this episode. Donna Burke was a prostitute but she didn’t deserve to die. Her daughter is brought in to be questioned to see if she knows anything about the murder of her mother? This is a tough inquiry!! It’s possible that Callaghan knows more about Donna Burke than he lets on??
