David and Paige live across the street from their best friends Terry and
Cathy in New Jersey. David and
Paige have a son and daughter.
Their daughter is living with them while she perfects her resume and
works toward pursuing a career in furniture design. Terry and Cathy have one daughter, Nina, she comes home for
Thanksgiving after a five-year absence.
She is 24 years old and had not planned on coming home but a breakup with her fiancé left
her at loose ends. Her parents
hope she will get to know Toby, David and Paige’s son.
There is so much to dislike about this film, where do I begin? It’s so predictable you don’t have to
wonder at all where this is going from beginning to end. Terry is 50 years old and he shows a severe lack of judgement. There were so many times I wanted
someone to punch Nina in the face so hard!! She is like a train wreck causing havoc everywhere she goes.
